WELCOME !
49th Challenge
Flash Fiction for Aspiring Writers
Week of 01-19 through 01-25-2016
This week's photo prompt is provided by Louise, with The Storyteller's Abode. Thank you Louise!
Guide for Flash Fiction for Aspiring Writers
1. A prompt photo will be provided each Tuesday to be used as a base to your story. Please include photo prompt with your story.
2. Linking for this challenge begins on Tuesday and runs to the following Monday evening.
3. Please credit photo to photographer
4. The story word limit is 100 – 150 words (+ – 25 words). Please try and stay within this limit.
5. Pingback to the challenge post in your story's post.
6. This is a flash fiction challenge (stories in 100-175 words or less) and each story should have a beginning, a middle, and an end. Therefore, no serial (continuation) stories. They become too complicated for our readers.
7. Add your story to the InLinkz Link-up (Blue Froggy button). If you need link-up instructions, please email me at mepricelessjoy@gmail.com.
8. *Please keep your stories PG 13 or less rating*.
9. Remember, half the fun is reading and commenting on each other's stories.

I’m here for my second FFfAW challenge, and I’d really like to thank Priceless Joy for hosting this challenge. I’d like to eventually publish my own novel, and this challenge is definitely helping me polish my writing skills. Thank you so much, and happy writing to all! 🙂

Collin, do you know how to pingback your story to the challenge, and do you know how to link up your story to the InLinkz board? You probably do since this is your second story participating, but I thought I would ask.

Oh, and just so you know, I am the only one that sees comments on this blog. You need to link up your story to the InLinkz board and then you will be able to interact with the other participants (through their stories).

I’m pretty sure I linked the previous story properly. I remember seeing it on the InLinkz board.

Collin, I just checked the last three InLinkz story boards and your story wasn’t on any of them. Could you have participated in Friday Fictioneers or Sunday Photo Fiction instead? I will be more than happy to send you through email, the instructions for linking up to the InLinkz board.

I’m pretty sure my story was on the last board (48th FFfAW Challenge). I’m assuming this link is the story board you’re referencing ( http://www.inlinkz.com/new/view.php?id=598111 ) and mine appears to be #47. Maybe we’re talking about two different things? I’m fairly new to WordPress and InLinkz, so I’m probably wrong, but thank you very very much for assisting. 🙂
